Extra virgin pine nut oil (EVPO) is a delicious, golden-colored oil cold-pressed from the pine nuts with good fluidity, this light-yellow oil appears lucidity and clear ,tastes soft and no bitter ,which are produced by certain species of pine trees around the world. In addition to being an exquisite gourmet cooking oil, it also has a history of many centuries of therapeutic use in Russian and Chinese traditional medicine. It is an outstanding concentrate of powerful free radical scavengers fully capable of preventing or reversing even the strongest oxidative stress.It contains various polyunsaturated fatty acid including Pinolenic acid, Linoleic acid, Oleic acid and etc.
This kind of oil should be stored in the cool(10-15℃) and dry place and keep away from the light and heat. The shelf life is 18 months when tightly airproofed, but please filled with N2 and use up in 6 months when opened up. Packing in 190Kg of vacuum plastic drum or in 900Kg of IBC.
